Order Process

Customers can contact LAM THANH through various channels, such as our websites, social media platforms, email, or through offers sent by LAM THANH to customers. This applies to both new and existing customers.
Our Sales team will get in touch within 24 hours to discuss information regarding payment terms, MOQ, product specifications, and other requirements, and then respond accordingly to the customer's requests.

Customers can review and respond to our offer. If customers are interested and intend to place an order, we will be happy to provide further assistance.
LAM THANH will provide a Proforma Invoice for the customer to review and confirm. Once the deposit has been received, LAM THANH will proceed with production.
LAM THANH will follow up on the order and ensure it is completed on time. Before the shipment date, we will discuss the shipping details with the customer.

LAM THANH will contact the customer's agent/forwarder to arrange the booking and then proceed with packing and loading according to the confirmed shipping schedule.
LAM THANH will send a copy of the shipping documents to the customer via email.
LAM THANH will follow up on the customer's payment progress. After receiving the balance payment, we will send the original documents by express courier or request the forwarder to release the goods to the customer.

LAM THANH will track the order and collect customer feedback after the goods have been successfully received.
Payment Terms
We offer two payment options:

Letter of Credit (LC) at sight

Telegraphic Transfer (TT): 30% advance payment (DEPOSIT) upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due within 7 days of receiving the copy of shipping documents via email.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our MOQ is one (1) 20' DC container per shipment, with at least one full pallet per style/color.
For Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments, the terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Sample Policy
We understand that customers may want to check the color, finish, and shape of our products before placing an order. Therefore, we are happy to provide samples for reference upon request.
For sample orders, the sample cost and freight charges are covered by the customer. This is our general sample policy, and we can discuss the details further once we receive your specific sample list.
Quality Control Procedures
We have stringent quality control procedures at every stage of production.
Quality control processes are implemented from order creation and production control to delivery and storage.
ERP software is utilized to ensure precise monitoring and control throughout the entire process.
